I am to pleased to announce that the organisers of the Festival have invited the British Region to attend the show for a second consecutive year. This two-day show is the premier Railway event in the south of England during which thousands of people attend and is a good opportunity to showcase and promote the NMRA British Region and in particular the American side of the hobby.
With a two-day show it is important that our stand is manned at all times. I am therefore requesting, in good time, that members volunteer to help out and man the stand over the two days. Volunteering would require only an hour or two and it is an enjoyable experience talking to members of the public.
Therefore, I am requesting your help and assistance at this upcoming event. If you would like to volunteer, let me know which day and time slot you would be able to volunteer in order that I can prepare a rota. My contact details are in the members area of our website.
