Planning is going well and I have attached below the proposed plans for the module set over the two halls.
The halls will be linked with two propose built yards that are capable of holding over 160 cars.
Module set up for Hagley in June.
For those coming with modules, could I have an updated stock list asap please.
Operations will be as detailed below.
There are five freight turns and two yard jobs plus passenger service as required.
The freight service operators as a spoke and hub system.
Each freight train starts out on their respective branch line and work into the yards in the centre of the set up.
They then return back to their starting location with the return cars.
Yard crews make up return trains.
Train H1FA
Fairhope – Ashland
Starts at Fairhope Yard.
Switches – Fairhope, Blacksville & Sullivan industries as instructed plus fuel & sand to Decatur MPD
Then heads to Ashland.
Drops cars at Ashland Yard then Brownville Yard.
Light engine back to Ashland to pick up Y1AF, the return cars to Fairhope Yard.
Train H1PA
Port Dominique – Ashland.
Starts at Port Dominique Yard
Switches Port Dominique industries and car ferry as instructed.
Then heads to Ashland.
Drops cars at Ashland Yard then Brownville Yard.
Light engine back to Ashland to pick up Y1AP, the return cars to Port Dominique Yard.
Train H2CB
Cardwell – Brownville
Starts at Cardwell Junction
Switches Cardwell, then heads down the branch to Wallingford and Mayville and switches industries as instructed.
Then heads to Brownville
Drops cars first at Brownville Yard then Ashland Yard.
Light engine back to Brownville to pick up Y2BC the return cars to Cardwell Junction.
Train H2FB
Fort Myers – Brownville
Starts at Fort Myers.
Switches Fort Myers industries as instructed.
Then heads to Brownville and switches White Team Track.
Drops cars first at Brownville Yard then Ashland Yard.
Light engine back to Brownville to pick up Y2BF the return cars to Fort Myers.
Switches White Rock Milling on return trip.
Train H2NB
Nucor – Brownville
Starts at Nucor Yard
Switches Nucor Steel Works as instructed.
Then heads to Brownville
Drops cars first at Brownville Yard then Ashland Yard.
Light engine back to Brownville to pick up Y2BN the return cars to Nucor Yard.
Ashland Yard crew
Make up trains Y1AF and Y1AP as instructed.
Also trip to the interchange yard at Springfield
Brownville Yard crew
Make up trains Y2BC, Y2BF and Y2BN as instructed.
Passenger service runs from Fort Myers to Rockwell and Fort Myers to Port Dominique.
All train moments are under control of the dispatcher.
To confirm again, the date is 11th and 12th June but we will be setting up on the Friday as well.

Housekeeping
The cost will be £17.50 for both days or £9 for one day.
Food will be similar to last weekend, bacon rolls for breakfast and jacket potatoes and filling for lunch.
Saturday evening meal will probably be a take out at the scout hall.
If you could bring your own mugs, plates etc that would be really useful.
