Peco will be holding a Celebration of Bob Phelps’ Life in The Lecture Theatre and Millennium Gardens at Pecoramo, Beer, Devon EX12 3NA, on Sunday 29th May 2022 between 11.00am and 4.00pm. Food and drinks will be provided. One or two steam locomotives will be running special trains along with a steam whistle tribute to Bob during the day. A selection of pictures depicting events in Bob’s life, messages received from friends plus a display of the many dioramas that Bob constructed for Peco during his 50 plus years with the company will be on display. Peco is now closed to the public on Sundays.
You are welcome to bring alcoholic drink if you wish to do so. If you are not able to attend and wish to send a message, these will be put on display in the Lecture Theatre. Facemasks are not required in the grounds at Pecorama, it is up to the individual whether they wear one or not. Dress is casual.
