NMRA BR 2021 Summer Meet Sunday 11 July

Benson Summer Meet 2021
This replaces the cancelled winter meet. It will be in the new Community Hall about 300 yards
away from the Parish Hall that we have traditionally used, as the Parish Hall is being refurbished
and remodelled during July.
We expect the following traders:
SCC, Mech Models, Anoraks Anonymous, Linda Tinker Books and AngloAmerican
Bring & Buy tables. £10 per 6-foot table, please contact Keith Webb to reserve
Layouts: TBA
Catering: We expect there will be catering available from Too Perfection, but McDonald’s is not far away, nor is the Riverside Cafe
Open 10:00 to 16:00, close after the raffle.
£4 for NMRA members, £5 for non-members. Bring your membership card.
Free for non-members who join on the day.
If you’d like to volunteer to assist, we will need a small number of volunteers to help with setup and teardown, and also to man the admission table and sell raffle tickets during the day.
