DJH USRA Light Mikado - which Romford wheels fit?

Just like the title says, I'm looking for advice on the correct Romford/Markits wheels for the above kit.
It presently has Alan Gibson(?) wheels and axles but one wheel has thrown a tyre and the fit on the axle makes getting the correct lead difficult.
i've measured the diameter at 18.375mm, and it has been suggested that Wizard Models WH201s are correct, except they scale out to 4'7" rather than 5'3".
I should be at the Convention on the Saturday if anyone cares to have a look at the model and proffer advice.
