Windows for Scratch-building

Post by tunnelmotor »

I came across a product I had not seen before - laser cut packs of windows in OO and N scales. I picked up a mixed pack of domestic windows, set OOS-D6 from my LHS the Hobby Box (got 10% discount for NMRA membership - a shameless plug for them). Whilst some look traditionally British (a Crittal-looking three window with top opening on centre) the others look universal and ideal for some small industrial offices I want to build. They are by MiniScene Models and appear to be wholesaled through Expotools (see http://www.expotools.com) and cost £5.95 for a pack of four different window types with 4, 4, 5 and 7 of each. I will post some photos when I get a chance. Other packs include one window type only.

I chose these beacuse when all is asid and done Walthers windows look like Walthers windows....

Happy modelling.
