I am pleased to be able to inform you that Mac's Models has been sold and will be re-locating to Kirriemuir near Dundee. Ian Sangster will be joining the present owners at their 'farewell' appearance at the SECC on 21 February. Ian, 56, is himself a keen North American modeller with a particular interest in Canadian Pacific. Ian said "I have bought a shop in Kirriemuir. It has to be refitted to make it suitable for model railways. I hope to be able to open for business on the Easter weekend. Ian is in the process of joining the NMRA and has intimated that there will be NMRA benefits for all members making purchases from him. Further details will be posted when they are available.
