If I can add the current stats:
Members -
540
Of those, Have come here at least once -
295 (
54.6% of total membership)
Have used the forum within the last month (6/05/2014 to 5/06/2014) -
61 (which is
20.7% of forum users,
11.3% of total membership)
Note - this counts those members who have visited the forum
and been logged in, it doesn't count anyone, member or non-member, who might browse it without being logged in, and it doesn't count any member who may have logged into the NMRA-BR website but
not visited the forum.
RED numbers show a drop from the last time I ran the data (which was Dec 2013)
GREEN numbers show a rise from the last time I ran the data
(If a number stays static then i'd have left it black)
I don't normally stat this, as it's harder to work out (I have to dig through the posts and count!) - In terms of posts, 18 topics have been posted on in the last month, with a total of 45 posts! (Up to, but not including this one!)
Some explanatory stuff...
The registered users (what the forum software calls members, currently 806) / and the actual number of NMRA-BR members (currently 540) will be different for several reasons - for example:
1. Some "registered users" aren't real people, for example there are some admin logins, plus search engine robots.
2. When a member doesn't renew (or renews without "member services") then their account on the NMRA-BR website does not cease to exist, but the permissions change, so those folk are still included in the 806, but not in the 540. Only the 540 have the permissions to post, although most of the site is readable by anyone.
