PanPastel
Re: PanPastel
At last year's Convention there was a clinic on weathering with these. I went to my local art suplies shop a couple of days later and came back with some Rowney pastel sticks at £2 each, the shop owner opining that Pan Pastels were difficult to locate and the Rowney ones were probably more cost-effective. The main advantage is that the Pans are pre-ground.
Cass Art don't carry them, at least in Glasgow, so on-line might be the way to go for those who will accept no substitute.
