RS Tower

Post by Gloriousnse » Wed Oct 31, 2012 11:08 am

I'm part of the crew for RS Tower, which is a 27'x11' exhibition layout - we were at Peterborough during the convention weekend and Andy Gautrey helped us out as an operator - he also provided this great reefer block...

The concept is a midwestern town where two routes cross, the busier of the two routes also goes from double to single track at the interlocking, so creating a bottleneck for traffic...

Nice reefer block. And pulled by one of my favourite locos, SD40-2's, too bad of the little 'hickup' of the locos, and a wobbly caboose :-)

If that's 'work', where can I apply? Do you have any positions to be filled and do they pay my mortgage? :-)
