The Weathering Magazine

During one of my periodic checks of the AK Interactive website (Spanish producer of rather nice weathering products) I noticed that they are producing a quarterly magazine on weatheirng techniques that includes some railway content as well as the usual military / fantasy modelling

http://www.theweatheringmagazine.com/

Having purchased the first two issues electonically on iPad (Issue 1 hard copy is sold out) I've been impressed in that each article actually goes into the detail of techniques involved rather than just name-checking then as happens in a lot of the military / aircraft mags that I've read.

If you have a scan through the sample pages on the website you'll pick up on my only niggle i.e. it's southern European gender politics. That aside I'd recommend it

Cheers

Dan

Looks good, it seems one could learn quite a lot from these magazines, however perhaps I've overlooked it but I haven't noticed any gender politics.... which is probably a good thing.

Sorry....was being a little cryptic :)

A running feature in both editions has been in inclusion on a couple of pages of a brunette doing a bit of a homage to Lara Croft (from Tomb Raider video game) to suppliment the demo pictures. Prob getting confused betweem 'modelling' and 'modeling'?

Cheers
