Hi Koos, Took the plunge and tried to post but not sure what went wrong (or I did or didn't do) but it didn't work out - you will see a post but there's nothing there when you try to open it and it seems to have an odd date (1970) attached. Just received in the mail a number of NOS Walthers kits. They've got plastic wheels,which I'll change, and plastic couplings. The steel weights also have surface rust,which shows how long they've been buried. The recommended Kadee is No 5,which I can get easy enough but what's the difference betwee...

Glad you're getting stuck in with it. As for LED lighting, there's multiple ways of doing so, from using micro LED's (one tiny led per lens opening), to using larger ones behind the current plastic lenses. We have a tie, If everyone agrees, we will run two Challenges this winter, the Build a Scene, and the Build a Structure, perhaps you can do both, or incorporate one in the other. The challenge starts on November 1st, and will run 4 months until March 1st 2016. Looking forward to your submissions!
