Re: N Scale Modules
Hi Jim, Currently there is a 1. three board (10') Module that has a range of sidings that may get converted to being a US Army "Depot" (working progress). 2. a six board (20') Module that has just been designed as an Operational Yard (through roads, passing sidings, Industry units etc) (De...

Re: N Scale Modules
Hi, whilst we’re not into Finescale par se we are currently building N Scale modules at our homes and at our Thamesiders NMRA (BR) site at White Gates Farm at Frating, Essex. Basically a Twin Track main with return boards at either end will allow us to run continuous as well as operate Freight drop ...

Hi Mike,
Some authentic looking cars you have there, did you use any Dullcote (or suchlike) before and after using the pens or does the acrylic stay put once dry?
Kind regards
Dean

Re: boxfile layouts
Hi Alex, Whilst not having built one I would be really interested in seeing any photos you have of the build so far. I have a 3way point in the plan for one of my N scale modules but as yet haven’t laid it or decided fully how to operate it although I’m really tempted to use servos. Kind regards Dean

Hi Koos,
Been a bit lapse in my review of the web site so missed your responses. It only seems to come up just after log in.
Happy digging (but don’t waste valuable modelling time over it!!)
Kind regards
Dean

Hi Koos,
When I log in I always get “Last visit was: Thu Jan 01, 1970 12:00 am” up in the top right hand corner of the forum page. The current time and date in the left hand corner is always correct.
I know its not a big issue but?
Kind regards
Dean

Hi Jim,
Good to see your still progressing, or it would be if the photos were there! Even all your earlier shots seems to have just been replaced by script that takes you to flicka but not the actual shot.
Anyways keep up the good work.
Kind regards
Dean

Hi Peter,
Part 11, as the concluding instalment was in Nov 2016 RMC. I have all the 11 sections as digital downloads within the magazines but not sure I can copy and paste them into a "book" to say email you.
Was there anything particular of interest?
Kind regards
Dean

Hi Geoff, Actually, I have got some good news in that the nearest group to me (Thamesiders based at Frating near Colchester) are very keen on N and this Saturday (20th) there is a discussion to see how we can make a go of it (all though I'm not sure T Trak is on the radar!!) - I had previously got s...

Hi Koos, it's all progress no matter how small the step - and getting the opportunity to run your trains where they go somewhere is what it's all about - well done.

Re: Winter Challenge 2016 - Dean Halls - Build a Car (or 12)
I promised myself that if I entered this year I would finish and as today is the last day then I guess I've finished - or at least at a point where I am happy (and able) to run the units around "the Depot" (the shed)! https://c1.staticflickr.com/4/3741/32942799703_23f16e1a3d_z.jpg They run...
